Each and every one of our canal boats have their own story. A long time ago, these boats were nothing more than shipwrecks, heading for the scrapyard. However, we decided to rescue and upcycle these classic boats and turn them into the most beautiful canal boats of Amsterdam!
Currently, we sail through Amsterdam with our five unique and authentic boats. Depending on the group size and weather conditions, we choose the boat that’s best suited for the group. If you go on a private cruise with us, you can choose your own boat.

Pure Boats was born from a love for boats and sailing. What began as an innocent hobby quickly evolved into a company with five unique tour boats sailing the canals of Amsterdam. We’re happy to say that our passion for sailing remains unwavering; in fact, we’ve grown to appreciate the water even more! We prioritize respect for our guests, the city and the canals, which is why we keep to smaller groups to ensure ample space for everyone.
